You can search, compare, and book appointments with PMDC-verified doctors — online or in-person — in a matter of minutes, without any phone calls or waiting.

Is FindClinic safe and trustworthy?

Absolutely. Every doctor listed on goes through a strict PMDC (Pakistan Medical & Dental Council) verification process. We confirm credentials, qualifications, and experience before any doctor appears on our platform.

Your personal and medical data is protected with encryption, and we never share your information with third parties without your consent.

Look for the PMDC Verified badge on doctor profiles for extra assurance.
Which cities does FindClinic cover?

currently covers major cities across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Bahawalpur, and many more.

We are continuously expanding to smaller cities and towns. If your city is not listed, you can still book an online consultation with any doctor on our platform.

Do I need an app to use FindClinic?

No app needed! works completely on your web browser — on both mobile and desktop. Simply visit findclinic.pk from any device.

Our website is fully responsive and optimized for smartphones, so the experience is smooth whether you are on Android or iPhone.

Is FindClinic free to use for patients?

Yes! Registering and searching for doctors on is completely free for patients. You only pay the doctor's consultation fee when you book an appointment.

There are no hidden charges, subscription fees, or booking commissions charged to patients.

How do I contact FindClinic support?

Booking Appointments

How to book, manage, reschedule, or cancel your appointments.

How do I book an appointment?

Booking an appointment on is quick and easy:

  • Search for a doctor by name, specialty, condition, or city
  • Open the doctor's profile and choose a date and time slot
  • Select In-Person or Video consultation
  • Log in or register (free), then confirm the booking

You will receive a confirmation notification immediately after booking.

The whole process takes under 2 minutes!
What is an online (video) consultation?

An online consultation lets you speak with a doctor through a video call from the comfort of your home. This is ideal for:

  • Follow-up visits and prescription renewals
  • Non-emergency consultations
  • Patients in cities without nearby specialists
  • Busy individuals who cannot visit a clinic

The doctor will share a video call link before the appointment time.

How do I cancel an appointment?

You can cancel an appointment from your Patient Dashboard:

  • Go to My Appointments in your dashboard
  • Find the appointment and click Cancel
  • Select a cancellation reason and confirm

We recommend cancelling at least 2 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellation policies may vary by doctor.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes! If your appointment has not yet taken place, you can request a reschedule from the appointment detail page in your dashboard. Select a new available date and time.

Reschedule requests are subject to the doctor's availability. You will be notified once the doctor confirms the new time.

Will I get a reminder before my appointment?

Yes. sends automatic reminders via:

  • In-app notification — 24 hours before
  • Email reminder — 24 hours and 2 hours before

Make sure your email address and notification settings are up to date in your profile.

What if the doctor is unavailable on my chosen date?

If a doctor has not set up a schedule for a particular date, those slots will not appear on the booking page. Only available time slots are shown.

If you cannot find a suitable slot, try selecting a different date, or contact the clinic directly via the phone number listed on the doctor's profile.

Can I view my appointment history?

Yes! All your past and upcoming appointments are saved in your Patient Dashboard under My Appointments. You can view the date, doctor, status, payment details, and any prescriptions or notes from the visit.

How are doctors verified on FindClinic?

Every doctor on FindClinic goes through a multi-step verification process:

  • PMDC Number Check — We verify the doctor's registration with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council
  • Qualification Review — Degrees and certifications are reviewed by our team
  • Profile Approval — An admin manually approves each doctor before they go live
Doctors with a green PMDC Verified badge have passed all checks.
How are doctor ratings calculated?

Doctor ratings are based on genuine reviews from patients who have actually completed an appointment through FindClinic. Each review is moderated by our team before going live.

The overall star rating (1–5) is an average of all approved reviews. You can read individual reviews on each doctor's profile page.

How do I find the right specialist?

You can find the right doctor in several ways:

  • Search by doctor name in the search bar
  • Browse by medical specialty (e.g. Cardiologist, Dermatologist)
  • Search by condition (e.g. diabetes, back pain)
  • Filter by city, gender, consultation type, or fee range

Can I save a doctor for later?

Yes! You can save any doctor to your favourites by clicking the bookmark icon on their profile or listing card. Saved doctors appear in your Patient Dashboard under Saved Doctors.

Can I leave a review for my doctor?

Yes. After a completed appointment, you will receive an option to leave a review for your doctor. You can rate them on a scale of 1–5 stars and write about your experience.

Reviews help other patients make informed decisions. All reviews are moderated to ensure they are genuine and respectful.

What if I am not satisfied with my consultation?

If you had a poor experience, you can:

  • Leave an honest review on the doctor's profile
  • Contact FindClinic support at support@findclinic.pk
  • Flag the consultation from your appointment details page

We take all complaints seriously and investigate every report.

Payments & Fees

Everything about payment methods, consultation fees, and refunds.

What payment methods are accepted?

FindClinic accepts multiple payment methods:

  • JazzCash — Mobile wallet / account transfer
  • EasyPaisa — Mobile wallet / account transfer
  • Bank Transfer — Direct bank payment
  • Cash — Pay at the clinic on the day of visit

For online payments, you upload a screenshot of the payment as proof, which is verified by our team.

How does the payment process work?

The payment flow is simple and transparent:

  • Book your appointment and select a payment method
  • Send the consultation fee to the provided JazzCash / EasyPaisa / bank details
  • Upload a screenshot of your payment on the appointment page
  • Our admin verifies the payment (usually within a few hours)
  • Your appointment is confirmed and both you and the doctor are notified
Why are consultation fees different for different doctors?

Consultation fees are set independently by each doctor based on their experience, specialty, qualifications, and location. FindClinic does not control individual doctor fees.

You can always see the exact fee upfront on the doctor's profile before booking.

Is there a refund if I cancel my appointment?

Refund policies depend on when you cancel:

  • Cancelled 24+ hours before: Full refund is processed
  • Cancelled within 24 hours: Partial refund may apply (doctor's discretion)
  • No show: Generally non-refundable

For refund requests, contact support@findclinic.pk with your appointment reference number.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. FindClinic does not store any sensitive payment credentials. We do not store card numbers, JazzCash PINs, or bank passwords.

Payment verification is done by reviewing a screenshot of the completed transaction — your actual account details are never exposed to us.

Can I get a receipt or invoice?

Yes. After your payment is verified and appointment is confirmed, you can view and download the payment receipt from your Patient Dashboard → My Appointments → Appointment Details.

How do I create a FindClinic account?

Creating an account is free and takes under a minute:

  • Visit findclinic.pk/register
  • Select your role: Patient, Doctor, or Hospital
  • Fill in your basic details and set a password
  • Verify your email address via the link we send

Once verified, you can immediately start booking appointments.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

No worries! Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a secure reset link within a few minutes.

If you don't receive the email, check your spam/junk folder. Still having trouble? Contact support@findclinic.pk.

How do I update my profile information?

Log in and go to your Patient Dashboard → Profile Settings. From there you can update your name, phone number, address, photo, blood group, allergies, and other personal details.

How do I manage my notification preferences?

In your Profile Settings, scroll to the Notifications section. You can toggle email notifications, SMS, and in-app alerts on or off according to your preference.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, please email us at support@findclinic.pk with your registered email address. Our team will process the deletion within 7 business days.

Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all your appointment history, prescriptions, and medical records from our platform.

Hospitals & Labs

How do I find hospitals near me?

Visit findclinic.pk/hospitals and filter by your city, hospital type (hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre), or emergency services. You can also search by name or area.

Can I book lab tests on FindClinic?

Yes! Visit findclinic.pk/lab-tests to browse available diagnostic tests. You can filter by test type, lab, and city.

Some labs also offer home sample collection — look for the home collection tag on the lab listing.

How do I find hospitals with emergency services?

On the Hospitals page, use the Emergency 24/7 filter to show only hospitals with round-the-clock emergency departments.

Can a hospital register on FindClinic?

Yes! Hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic labs can register for free at findclinic.pk/register. Select Hospital as your role during registration. After admin approval, your facility will appear in search results.

What information is shown on hospital profiles?

Each hospital profile on FindClinic includes:

  • Name, type, address, and contact details
  • Emergency availability, bed count, and departments
  • Associated doctors and their schedules
  • Gallery images and patient reviews
For Doctors

Information for doctors who want to join or are already on FindClinic.

How do I register as a doctor?

Register for free at findclinic.pk/register. Select Doctor as your role and fill in your details including your PMDC number, specialty, qualifications, and consultation fee.

Our team will review and verify your profile, usually within 24–48 hours. Once approved, your profile goes live and patients can start booking.

How do I manage my appointment schedule?

After logging in, go to your Doctor Dashboard → Manage Schedule. You can set your available days, working hours, slot duration (e.g. 15 or 30 minutes), and maximum patients per day for each clinic or online.

You can also mark specific dates as leave to block availability.

How do I receive payments from patients?

Patients pay the consultation fee via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, or cash. For online payments, FindClinic admin verifies the payment and marks the appointment as confirmed.

Payouts to doctors are managed via the wallet system. Contact support for payout details specific to your arrangement.

How do I update my profile and fees?

Go to Doctor Dashboard → My Profile. From there you can update your biography, qualifications, experience, languages, consultation fee, online fee, and clinic details at any time.

Can I see my earnings and patient statistics?

Yes! Your Doctor Dashboard includes an Earnings section showing your monthly revenue, completed appointments, and patient statistics. You can also view individual patient records and appointment history from the dashboard.
