1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FindClinic's platform, website, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

2. Description of Services

FindClinic provides an online platform that allows:

• Patients to search for, and book appointments with, healthcare professionals
• Patients to book lab tests from certified diagnostic labs
• Doctors to manage their appointments, schedule, and patient records
• Hospitals and clinics to manage their services and listings

FindClinic is a booking and information platform only. We are not a healthcare provider, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of FindClinic, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Medical Disclaimer

FindClinic does not practice medicine and does not interfere with the practice of medicine. Content on our platform is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

• Always seek advice from a qualified physician for medical conditions
• Never disregard professional medical advice based on information from our platform
• In case of medical emergency, call 115 (Rescue) immediately
• FindClinic is not liable for any medical decisions made based on platform content

5. Appointment Booking & Cancellation

When booking appointments through FindClinic:

• You are responsible for arriving on time for your scheduled appointment
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the appointment
• Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions
• Refund eligibility depends on the doctor's or clinic's individual refund policy
• FindClinic is not responsible for last-minute cancellations by healthcare providers

6. Payments

Payment processing on FindClinic is handled through secure third-party payment gateways including JazzCash and EasyPaisa. By making a payment, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• Payment amounts are set by individual healthcare providers
• FindClinic may charge a service fee on transactions (displayed before confirmation)
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and provider terms

7. Doctor & Healthcare Provider Listings

FindClinic makes reasonable efforts to verify credentials, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by healthcare professionals. Patients are advised to:

• Independently verify PMDC registration when necessary
• Report any fraudulent or misleading profiles to us immediately

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use FindClinic to:

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your qualifications
• Submit false reviews or manipulate ratings
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the platform
• Collect or harvest user data without authorization
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindClinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question during the past 3 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of FindClinic after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Karachi, Pakistan. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
