Search for a doctor by name, specialty, or condition. Open their profile, pick an available date and time slot, choose In-Person or Video consultation, and confirm. The entire process takes under 2 minutes.
Are all doctors on FindClinic verified?
Yes. Every doctor is verified against their PMDC (Pakistan Medical & Dental Council) registration before appearing on our platform. Look for the green PMDC Verified badge on profiles.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, and cash. For online payments, simply transfer the fee and upload a screenshot — our team verifies it within a few hours.
What is an online (video) consultation?
An online consultation lets you speak with a doctor via video call from home. It's perfect for follow-ups, non-emergency issues, or patients in cities with limited specialist access.
Is FindClinic free to use for patients?
Absolutely. Registering and searching on FindClinic is 100% free for patients. You only pay the doctor's consultation fee when booking. No hidden charges or commissions.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes. Go to My Appointments in your Patient Dashboard to cancel or request a reschedule. We recommend doing so at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
